Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Sew Snatched Contours we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. This is why we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it. Our goal is for you to feel confident with your purchase and love your Sew Snatched garments. Return/Exchange Requirements

All Sew Snatched Contours products are made for personal and intimate use and for best sanitary practices we can only accept returned or exchanged garments that are unworn, clean and odor-free.  We take the hygiene and cleanliness of our products very seriously. To ensure that our garments are in a new and clean condition, we ask that you please try on your purchased items only over clean undergarments with clean hands and body, free from any perfumes, creams, lotions, or oils that may stain or damage the garment. Any signs of staining, damage or dirt will make the garment ineligible for return, exchange, or claim, and it will be considered "used" and returned to you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our products.

 

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unstained

  • Unwashed

  • All Tags Attached

  • No smells other than natural product orders

  • No animal or pet hair

  • No Stretch Marks or Permanent Wrinkles

  • In Its Original Packaging

 

At Sew Snatched Contours, the health and safety of our customers is of the utmost importance. This is why we thoroughly inspect all returned garments to ensure they are clean and in a hygienic condition. If we find that a garment has been worn or does not meet any of the return/exchange requirements, we cannot accept the garment, and it will be sent back to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
 

ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY RECEIVED.

 

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized Items

  • Sale Items

  • Clearance Items

  • Compression Socks

  • BBL Pillows

  • Lipo Foam or Foam Boards

 

Customers are responsible for Return Shipping Costs.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the original item. Please keep in mind that we only allow one exchange per item purchased. If you would like to exchange an item for one of lesser value, we will refund the difference to the original payment method used for the purchase. The typical processing time for exchanges is 7 business days from the time the package is received at our warehouse.

 

The usual processing time for refunds is 5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

To ensure proper receipt and processing of your return or exchange, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. This way, if the package is misplaced in transit, you can file a claim with the carrier.

 

Important Notes About Returning Garments

• To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure to keep all tags and packaging intact and package the item in a way that maintains its shape. This means folding the item in the same manner as it was received.

• We want to make certain that all products sold by Sew Snatched Contours are in perfect condition, which is why we ask that you only try on your new garments over your underwear or undergarments to ensure that they remain in pristine condition. This way, you can make an informed decision about your purchase without compromising the quality of the product.

• To guarantee the sanitation and quality of our products, we carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they are in brand new and hygienic condition. We do not re-stock previously worn garments. If we determine that an item has been worn or show signs of wear, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. We ask that you please try on your garments over your underwear and with clean hands and body to maintain their pristine condition.

How to initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@sewsnatchedcontours.com.

If you wish to exchange an item for one of lesser value, we will refund the price difference to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive your returned item.

 

Processing time for refunds typically takes 5 business days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

To ensure timely delivery, we process all orders for shipping within two business days. Orders made on Fridays will be processed for shipping on Tuesday. Please be advised, orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Sew Snatched Contours offers shipping to customers in the US. Free shipping for orders over $150 USD.

 

Additional Shipment Information

 

When placing your order, please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the address, city, state, and zip code. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, nor can we update the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

 

If your order has been identified by our shipping system as a Fraudulent Risk, our customer service agents will contact you to verify some information before we can proceed to ship your order. We value the security of our customers’ transactions and take measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

 

If you have not received a package that has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, please report this to our Customer Service team immediately at info.sewsnatchedcontours.com. Our team will take care of the claims process with the carrier to ensure that your package is found and delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please note that there is a time limit for reporting missing packages. If more than 30 days have passed since the shipping company informed you the package had been marked as delivered and you have not contacted our Support Team, we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
