Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy At Sew Snatched Contours, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. To ensure efficient scheduling and serve our clients effectively, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy: 1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit will be credited towards same-day services or purchases. 2. Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for "no-show" appointments or cancellations. 3. Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the original appointment time, your full deposit will be honored and applied to any services or purchases on the rescheduled date. To reschedule, please contact us via email at info@sewsnatchedcontours.com. Our representative will assist you in arranging a new appointment. Please note that the rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to reschedule within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will not be applied to future purchases or services. Each booking allows for one rescheduled appointment only. 4. Late Arrivals: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, please understand that your appointment may be shortened, delayed, or canceled. If your appointment is canceled due to a late arrival, our appointment cancellation policy will be enforced. Our primary objective is to offer you exceptional customer service.
